New Horizons operates within Rabobank's Strategy and Innovation department, focusing on empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through financial lending solutions. Our mission is to simplify loan applications, making them fast, easy, and hassle-free. These solutions are not only integrated into our own customer journeys but also embedded within our partners' platforms. Key Technical Focus Areas

We are committed to addressing various technical challenges to achieve our goals, including:

• Enhancing application scalability.
• Developing widgets and APIs for seamless integration into partner channels.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience working with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience in event-driven environments using MongoDB, AWS Kafka, and Data Lake.
• Familiarity with cloud-native AWS.
• Experience with process and data-driven journeys.
