Then you might be our new HR Business Partner for the Dutch and Head Office organization in Varsseveld.
As HR Business Partner you will act as a link between the employees and the organization. Together with a team of HR Business Partners you are an important player in the transformation of HR, where efficiency and digitalisation of the basic processes go together with the development of the tactical and strategic role of the HR Business Partners.
What is your role?
You are a strong sparring partner for the business and are able to switch quickly between operational, tactical and strategic levels. You think and work based on our People Strategy and employee journey, in which our employees are central. We ensure an optimal employee experience.
As a sparring partner you discover where the departments' needs lie for the future. You translate that need into action to support the future goals of departments and the company. Due to the Head Office position, you also have a coordinating role as a business partner and you regularly interact with HR Business Partners in other countries. You have close contact with HR support on a daily basis and, together with your colleagues, you ensure that processes run smoothly.
Your Team
Together with the HR Business Partners and other HR experts in the field of compensation & benefits, HR support and payroll administration, you form the HR team in the Netherlands. You report to the HR Benelux Manager. You regularly work with the Global Centers of Expertise such as Talent & Organization, Recruitment and Rewards to continuously improve your HR function and develop HR solutions. You have frequent contact with the Strategic Business Partners and international HR colleagues in Europe to exchange knowledge and experiences and share best practices.
