The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Email Marketing Specialist to join the Performance Marketing team. As a Sr. Email Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the performance of the Email channel across Benelux, France and UK market and you will be directly managing one Email Specialist. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content that aligns with our overall marketing initiatives and brand guideline. Main KPIs will be engagement and commercial targets. This means you are analytically strong and able to convert customer data into insights, advice and actions. You will actively contribute to the technical aspects of the role, utilizing your skills to customize email templates, troubleshoot issues, and manage data integration effectively. Overall, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our email marketing practice, allowing you to make a tangible impact on our customers' experiences and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Our Sr. Email Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to put their ideas into practice, from strategy to execution. You will actively share knowledge, skills and learnings with the Performance Marketing colleagues so that the entire team grows to a higher level. You will work a lot with many different departments such as Consumer Insights, Brand, Trade, IT.

Key Accountabilities

• Own the email strategy: from creation to

  implementation and reporting

• Together with the Email Specialist, own

  database segmentation, automated

  journeys, BAU emails.

• Performance analysis to measure

  effectiveness of email campaigns and set

  data-driven action points for the future

• Facilitate the Email A/B testing plan

• Collaborate efficiently with other

  departments, such as trade, brand,

  product and CS, to secure optimal email

  campaigns and a strong customer

  journey/experience

• Generate ideas and actions to drive revenue

  About you

  • Relevant Email experience

  • Dutch language strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree

  • Technical Email knowledge preferred

  • Skilled at software such as Magento, Klavyio, Clang, Google Analytics, Tableau.

  • Commercial & Marketing savviness

  • Strives for financial results

  • People Management
