Internship-/graduation assignment - Product management

In the Netherlands, Thales CDS is protecting the assets of our customers with our 24/7 SOC (security operating center), cyber consultancy and with (sovereign) cyber products.

About the team:

You are part of the Product Management Team, under the responsibility of the Product Line Manager. The Product Management team is a small team within the NL cyber organization responsible for managing the product and services portfolio, product development process and marketing activities. This PM team is closely working with our Services Deliver team, Communications, Operations and the Technology platform.

About the assignment

The Cyber team in Huizen develops products and services for our customers in critical infrastructure, transportation, defense and governments. We continuously innovate our product/services offering to fit the (changing) user and market needs. You will be working on various products/services in different stages of its product life cycle. Your tasks comprise of:

• Market research / Business intelligence
• Value Proposition Design
• Service Design (journey mapping, service blueprinting etc.)
• Product descriptions and standardization
• Roadmapping
• Marketing Plan
• Paticipating in fairs/exhibitions

Based on your personal preferences and experience and our current needs we will shape and detail your assignment. Do not hesitated to propose something to us where you would like to work on. We are open for your application for both internships as graduation internships.

Affinity and/or experience with

• WO/HBO level of education (Bachelor/Master)
• Product/service-oriented mindset
• Educational background in Product Management, Product/Service Design, Marketing, Business or Cyber Security
• Able to communicate in English (writing & speaking)
• Experience in cyber security is a plus but not a requirement
