As a member of the GFO- N-PM LT you actively contribute to the strategy developments and its implementation. You get energy of motivating, inspiring, coaching and developing of the employees in your team. You are responsible for ensuring implementation of project management governance (guidelines and principles), defined by Transformin TenneT.
You are responsible for the process development and implementation of all the project control processes with the main focus on business administration, risk management, cost engineering and planning. You also contribute to the development and implementation of the outsourcing concept for projects of GFO-N. Off course you do this together with your (P&ME) team, you ensure your team actively contributes and co-owns excellence processes, standards and guidelines etc. These processes, standards and guidelines are developed and owned by the GFO department and a consistent implementation thereof in your own department is key. You drive and encourage cross learning within TenneT and GFO in particular.

The Performance Unit Grid Field Operations Netherlands (GFO-N) ensures that the Dutch high-voltage network (transformation substations, high-voltage lines and cables), over which market parties can transport electricity, is maintained and further expanded. The PME 'Project & Maintenance Engineering' department, part of GFO-N, is responsible for preparations for the work in the Innovations, our Telecom network, logistics processes, asset data and documentation and the realisation of a number of complex projects. Within the PME department, Team PEN is responsible for the realization of quick scans and feasibility checks during gate 1 and execution of the G2 trajectory including the basic design. In addition, employees of team PEN are deployed in project teams of TenneT's areas that are responsible for the realisation of the projects, based on their specific discipline. Within team PEN there are three separate teams, team project engineering (PEN) which is overall responsible and inhabits all the discipline engineers, team project preparation (PRP) which is responsible for the actual conduction of the feasibility studies and the basic designs and team project business administration (PBA) which is responsible for all the project control activities within PEN as a whole.
This position can be filled for 32 to 40 hours per week;
This position is for an indefinite period;
The salary indication for this role is between €4.369,- and €8.594,- gross per month based on 40 hours in salary scale 9 of our TSO collective labor agreement.
