What you will do during your Internship Nereda® Process Performance

The Business Unit Water Technology Products delivers the Nereda® wastewater treatment technology – a leading solution in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness – all over the world. With more than 100 projects in 6 continents, Nereda® plants are internationally recognized as a sustainable and cost-effective treatment solution for domestic and industrial wastewater.

You will be based at our headquarters in Amersfoort offering an open office space and international culture. You will join the global Nereda® operations team to support process performance and monitoring of Nereda® plants worldwide in real time. You will have an active role to identify the needs for process improvements and optimizations in operational sites, analysing and interpreting data, tackling problems, troubleshooting and supporting the decision making.

What you bring

You:

• are studying a BSc or MSc in Environmental or Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
• are enthusiastic and like teamwork;
• have a good background knowledge in wastewater treatment technologies;
• have experience with data interpretation and analytical tools;
• are good at absorbing information, critical thinking, analysing and solving problems;
• can make objective decisions and come up with original ideas;
• have the drive, confidence and resilience to get things done;
• have excellent command of English and Dutch (verbal and in writing).
