Many of our clients are facing major challenges - the expectations of their customers and employees are changing faster than they can adapt. At the same time, new market entrants are causing significant disruption and gaining market share. To meet these challenges, AOT's customers need a partner that can help them rapidly bring to market innovative and accelerating solutions that have an immediate and differentiating impact on the experience provided to their customer or employees.

What will you be doing?

As part of an international team, you work from our office in Amsterdam on state-of-the-art digital solutions for our clients. The main task of the AOT consists of unburdening colleagues in the field of software. This means that in this role, you'll provide advisory services during the development process of digital solutions. Once these solutions have been developed, you'll take over the responsibility of maintaining and scaling them to meet the growing needs of our clients. All this with the aim of quickly delivering innovative digital products without compromising quality.

The Asset Operations Team is a new and energetic team in Amsterdam that works internationally with other European PwC teams in Amsterdam, Basel, Frankfurt, Berlin and Stockholm, to name a few.

Does this describe you?

To have a differentiating impact on our clients’ customers and their employees, you will be user-centric in your thinking and approach.

You know how to effectively work in cross-functional, agile teams. You are a digital native, creative in everything you do, you are confident, and you dare to challenge the status quo.

We would love to hear from you if you meet most of the following expectations:

  • You have a computer science Masters degree or something similar
  • You have multiple years of experience in software development;
  • You have excellent spoken and written proficiency in Dutch and English
  • You like supporting, (re)organizing and optimizing workflows and processes;
  • You see the benefits of automating processes, and your expertise with Visual Studio (Code) is a valuable strength
  • You have a good understanding of, or an interest in, IT operations and compliance processes;
  • You show a proficient understanding of the backend operations of ServiceNow
  • You are familiar with working within Azure DevOps;
  • You have managed code repositories using Git version control;

What are we offering?

We believe in the power of an inclusive culture and we want everyone to feel free to be themselves. We offer access to the PwC global network, where you can exchange knowledge, ideas, and questions with experienced professionals regarding Technology and also other disciplines. We also offer you:

  • various training sessions and courses that contribute to your personal and professional development;
  • an appropriate salary and extensive employment conditions, including a “well-being budget”. This is a personal annual budget of EUR 1000 to spend on your health, for example on mindfulness, sport, lifestyle coaching, and wellness.
  • a monthly Internet allowance;
  • an electric lease car/attractive mobility scheme, laptop, and iPhone
  • 32 days’ holiday a year;
  • hybrid working at the client, at home, and at the office;
  • the opportunity to get involved, during normal working hours, with Corporate Responsibility, various networks, diversity, innovation and/or recruitment;
  • enjoyable informal activities.
