Your challenges

• Design, build, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Develop and manage AI agents and conversational experiences that enable smarter and more intuitive ways of working.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in governance, security, performance, and platform adoption.
• Share your expertise with team members and contribute to the growth of our Power Platform and AI capabilities.

This is what you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions and agents within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of connectors, APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
• PL-900 and PL-200 certifications; PL-400 and PL-500 are considered a plus.
• Dutch language proficiency or the willingness to actively learn Dutch while living and working in the Netherlands.

What will you do?

As part of the Power Platform team in Amstelveen, you will design, develop, and optimise business-critical applications, automations, dashboards, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business challenges into scalable and secure technology solutions.

In addition, you will play a key role in expanding capabilities around AI and Copilot Studio, helping colleagues grow their knowledge and accelerating innovation across KPMG.

You have a strong track record in developing enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged. You combine technical depth with strong communication skills and are able to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.
