Your role:

  • Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring successful delivery of innovative software products, systems, and solutions for the Radiology and Urology markets.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, service, clinical collaborators, and external partners to align priorities, manage risk, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide leadership for large, multidisciplinary project teams, coaching Project Leaders and technical leads while driving collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Bonus: PMP or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification, along with experience with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 quality standards.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent 9+ years of work-related experience. An advanced degree or relevant project management certifications are considered a plus.
  • You've acquired experience leading integrated hardware and software development programs, balancing technical dependencies, risk, and execution across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • You're a collaborative and strategic leader who builds strong relationships, influences across functions, communicates effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
