Your job

Working environment

The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and plays an active role for all the Finance and Risk departments. We employ 200+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring risk data management to a structurally higher level. Our aim is to generate reliable risk data on time. We do this by improving the risk data itself, data systems and data processes. We work with an Agile operating model. Our Finance and Risk Data Domain consists of 7 departments where the atmosphere is dynamic, open and informal.

You are part of the AI Strategy Team in the Centre of Expertise Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence department. You will report to the Business Lead CoE AA & AI.

Your profile

You have an interest and experience in AA & AI. You are a passionate, hard-working professional with an eye for details. You are able to execute assignments independently as well as interact directly with stakeholders when it comes to day-to-day matters.

You are a curious, pragmatic developer with 3+ years of experience in Data Science or AI Engineering. You:

• Translate business challenges into workable AI models effortlessly and explain complex topics with clarity and impact
• Enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and are confident collaborating with (senior) stakeholders
• Have a learning mindset with a willingness to continue to grow and a broad interest in a variety of data science topics
• Are pragmatic and look for the simplest solution first
• Take ownership of your work and work in a structured way
• Have hands-on experience with Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks, Azure, basic ML-models, pipeline structuring and optimization techniques
• You are capable of giving and asking for feedback.
• You have worked in and/or with Scrum/DevOps teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with strong stakeholder management skills.
