Stage Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Officer per september

Center Parcs Europe is offering a full-time internship of 5–6 months in Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, with the opportunity to help unite, engage and promote the corporate culture amongst international teams.

Mission

The Internal Communications department, which reports to Human Resources, aims to mobilise, unite, engage and promote the company’s activities, culture and values amongst our international teams in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. As such, we are looking for an Internal Communications Intern to define, implement and manage all internal communication tools to ensure effective communication with staff, support change and promote key events within Center Parcs Europe.

You will be responsible for:

• Helping to define the internal communications plan
• Identifying opportunities for communication in collaboration with the brand’s various departments
• Coordinating the events calendar at European level
• Managing event organisation: suppliers, logistics, running the event, giveaways, etc.
• Setting up and managing communication tools: memos, internal social media, newsletters, etc.
• Creating and distributing appropriate communication materials for each initiative (flyers, presentations, videos, podcasts, etc.)
• Helping to measure employee engagement
• Monitoring the costs and performance of initiatives

Profile

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or Human Resources
• A passion for communication, creativity and the ability to take the initiative
• You enjoy working in the field and have excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to explain things clearly
• You are fluent in English and Dutch
• You are known for your curiosity, independence, adaptability and attention to detail
• You are proficient in and comfortable using Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital communication tools (Adobe suite, Canva, etc.)
