Help drive structure, progress, and collaboration across key HR tech initiatives. In this role, you will support project planning and execution, keep stakeholders aligned, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects that strengthen the HR technology landscape across Ahold Delhaize.

As PMO Support HR Tech, you will be joining our HR Tech, Data Innovation & Associate Experience department. Our HR team is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Our HR teams ensure we’re fully aligned to attract, retain, and develop people to perform to the best of their abilities.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with knowledgeable colleagues from different countries and functions. You will be given the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of your work, while continuously building on your talents and skills for the future.
As PMO Support, you will be the backbone of project management efforts across the HR tech domain, helping ensure that initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support project planning, monitor progress, maintain clear communication, and keep project structures and deliverables on track.
Your role will combine coordination, reporting, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement. By bringing structure and visibility to ongoing projects, you will help strengthen collaboration and support the successful delivery of HR tech initiatives across the organization.
