Your role:

You’ll be a strategic partner, helping customers in Pharma, Industrial, Testing, and Academia use our DxRM products to streamline workflows, keep supply running, and lift operational performance. You’ll grow our footprint in assigned accounts by spotting unmet needs, expanding market share, and feeding new opportunities into R&D. On the ground, use data and our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to craft account plans, deliver accurate forecasts, and spot cross-sell chances from usage patterns. Share customer insights with R&D, advise on product selection, and manage inquiries, audits, and complex contracts. You’ll provide strong commercial and technical support in a matrixed organization to hit and surpass targets. Team size varies; you’ll join a cross-functional group.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or higher in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Business (MBA highly desirable)
  • You have field sales success with DxRM, Pharma, IVD, or Industrial clients.
  • You’ve worked across Industrial, Clinical Testing, or Pharmaceutical product development value chains with solid knowledge of scientific procedures and testing methods.
  • You consistently hit quota, use CRM diligently, and navigate complex negotiations (RFPs, tenders, long-term supply/quality agreements).
  • You’re highly goal-driven, proactive, autonomous, and excel at collaboration in diverse, multicultural settings.
  • You’re proficient in English and Dutch.
  • Comfortable traveling within your territory; you can drive business through in-person meetings up to 4 days per week within Belgium and Netherlands.
  • You’re a strong communicator, organized, and skilled at prioritizing in fast-paced environments.
