As a Supply Network Specialist at Rituals, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our increasingly complex global supply network in a hypergrowth environment. You will take ownership of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for a selected supplier portfolio while continuously improving the route-to-market design across our multi-DC network. Your focus is on ensuring reliable product availability, enabling scalable growth, and driving process excellence across the end-to-end supply chain.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges and is energized by building scalable processes during hypergrowth. You combine analytical strength with strong stakeholder management and are continuously looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working.
