As a Supply Network Specialist at Rituals, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our increasingly complex global supply network in a hypergrowth environment. You will take ownership of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for a selected supplier portfolio while continuously improving the route-to-market design across our multi-DC network. Your focus is on ensuring reliable product availability, enabling scalable growth, and driving process excellence across the end-to-end supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • P2P Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the Purchase-to-Pay process for selected suppliers, ensuring aligned ordering, inbound planning and product availability.
  • Route-to-Market Design: Support and optimize the flow of goods through Rituals’ growing and increasingly complex distribution network, balancing service, cost and operational feasibility.
  • Data-Driven Planning: Use data, systems and analytics to proactively identify risks, optimize flows and improve operational performance.
  • Network & Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes, planning logic and system usage to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Suppliers, 3PL partners and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve end-to-end decision making and execution.

Bring all of you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges and is energized by building scalable processes during hypergrowth. You combine analytical strength with strong stakeholder management and are continuously looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or a related field.
  • Experience within supply chain planning, logistics, P2P or network planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Affinity with systems, planning tooling (RELEX, Blue Yonder or SLIM is a plus) and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive improvements across multiple functions.

At Rituals, we believe in growing together. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, embraces change and contributes to a high-performing and collaborative team culture while helping shape the future of our Supply Network Planning organization.
