Your role

As a Global Marketing Content Specialist, you create impactful content that brings our B2B products, systems, and solutions to life for audiences worldwide. You translate technical topics into clear, engaging stories tailored to different customer segments and levels of technical expertise, strengthening engagement and supporting commercial success.

You combine hands-on content creation with shaping content direction, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, effective messaging across markets.

You also play a key role in improving efficiency in content creation by enabling scalable “glocal” solutions that balance global consistency with local relevance. In addition, your work helps to elevate content quality to better resonate with local brands and drive commercial impact and revenue growth.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute tailored content strategies for each customer segment, adapting messaging to specific use cases such as hotels, care homes, and apartment buildings.
  • Create, write, and edit engaging content for websites, campaigns, social media, and other channels.
  • Work closely with local teams to manage global content in the collaboration platform, aligning, prioritising, and coordinating content efforts across markets while providing guidance on local needs.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues from portfolio, sales and digital teams, and external partners like creative agencies on content creation.
  • Oversee content production across digital and print channels.
  • Next to external content, create engaging internal content that helps colleagues understand and communicate our value proposition.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all markets.
  • Track performance using analytics and continuously improve content reach and impact.

What you bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience creating B2B content, ideally in technical or industrial environments (HVAC is a plus).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English (near-native level).
  • A curious mindset, with the ability to explore technical topics and turn them into clear, engaging stories using words and visuals.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with marketing teams across multiple countries.
  • The ability to balance structure with flexibility, aligning global messaging with local market needs.
  • A data-informed mindset, using analytics tools to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
