What makes you the perfect fit

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality or another relevant study
  • If not, you must have worked at a hotel for a minimum of 1 year in a guest-facing role
  • You are available for a minimum of 6 months
  • You are eager to learn and develop your understanding of how a large international hotel runs
  • You are flexible but also stand firm whenever needed
  • You are service-oriented, dare to make decisions, and have an excellent command of the English language; Dutch is a strong benefit
  • You can work independently, but also enjoy working in a team
  • You are a problem-solver, can act decisively, and think in solutions instead of problems

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

During this internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry. First, you will be trained in all departments before assuming your duties. After that, you will independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty.

  • You are the first contact for guests
  • You assist guests with questions, comments, and complaints
  • If necessary, you assist other departments whenever it is needed most
  • You deal with calamities and other emergencies such as fire alarms and sick guests
  • You get to know the hotel, your colleagues, and the guests closely

As a result, your knowledge and skills in Hotel Management will develop quickly and you will be fully prepared for your career as a young professional in the hospitality industry.
