The Guest Relations department is part of Reception. In this role, you will take extra care of guests by placing in-room amenities, meeting and talking to VIPs, setting up surprises for guests in the rooms, monitoring guest reviews and overall quality scores, keeping hotel colleagues up to date with what is going on, and much more. You will also be involved in handling guest complaints.
The team is bubbly, creative, and international. Good to keep in mind that the shifts start at 8:00, 10:00, or 13:00, and you will sometimes be working on weekends.
