If you want to apply but haven’t ticked all the boxes yet, don’t be afraid to apply anyway. We’d be happy to talk with you. We’re looking for people who are curious, committed to growth, and excited about shaping the future of AI assurance.

What impact will you make?

Your impact will be to build public trust in AI systems. You will provide independent assurance against recognized criteria, regulations, and standards. You will also advise clients on becoming 'audit ready' and work to embed auditability directly into their AI systems design. Your work ensures technology is safe and trustworthy, providing confidence to stakeholders, regulators, and society.

How do you do this?

  • You conduct formal assurance engagements against AI standards and regulations, applying ISAE 3000 principles to provide independent assurance over AI systems, governance, and controls;
  • You lead assurance and audit readiness assessments for clients implementing AI, identifying control gaps and regulatory compliance risks;
  • You advise clients on designing AI governance and control frameworks that are fit for audit, ensuring controls are demonstrable, documented, and auditable;
  • You work embedded with clients on large-scale AI implementation projects, ensuring systems are built with "auditable by design" principles from inception;
  • You help clients develop auditable AI-related disclosures, particularly in sustainability reports, aligned with emerging disclosure standards;
  • You work across organizational levels - from technical teams to C-suite executives - translating complex regulatory and control concepts into actionable insights;
  • You stay ahead of emerging AI regulations, industry standards, and assurance methodologies, continuously learning and sharing knowledge.

The AI revolution is here, and organizations that succeed will build trust through responsible, well-governed AI. Join the AI Assurance team and help shape how the world audits, controls, and governs artificial intelligence.
