As our Community Advising Specialist, you're the go-to expert for B2B and B2C clients who want to bring their people together across The Social Hub's European locations. You're responsible for turning interest into bookings, bookings into revenue, and guests into long-term fans. You'll work closely with commercial teams, own your pipeline, and help shape how groups experience TSH across Europe.

You move fast, think commercially, and keep every conversation warm, clear, and purposeful.

About The Social Hub

The Social Hub offers a hybrid hospitality environment where people can work, stay, learn and play. As an employer, it combines hospitality with student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars, food and drink venues, community spaces and coworking spaces across multiple European locations.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full group sales cycle, from first inquiry to after groups check out, for B2B and B2C clients across all TSH locations
  • Negotiate with confidence, craft compelling offers, and proactively identify upsell opportunities that drive revenue and delight guests
  • Manage your pipeline with precision using daily Service Hub tasks and checklists
  • Handle invoices and payment details accurately
  • Deliver detailed arrival briefings that prepare on-site teams for a smooth welcome
  • Work across Hotel Management Systems including Mews, Event Temple, and Salesforce Service Cloud, and embrace AI tools that improve efficiency
  • Act as a knowledgeable guide for everything TSH offers, from meeting rooms to community events, positioning the full portfolio at every touchpoint
  • Join weekly and monthly commercial and revenue reviews, contributing data-backed insights and staying ahead of performance targets

Who You Are

  • You're a self-starter who takes initiative and acts on what needs to be done
  • You hold a vocational and/or Bachelor's degree and bring 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing sales
  • You think commercially and know how to turn opportunities into confirmed business
  • You're based in or around Amsterdam and ready to be part of an international team
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple live deals at once
  • Confident with tools like Mews, Event Temple, and Salesforce Service Cloud, and curious to get even more out of them
  • Fluent in Dutch or German and English; Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, or Portuguese are a plus
