Your tasks
What will you do?
- Engage and Connect: Be the heartbeat of our online community! You'll interact with followers across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, sparking conversations and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Scheduling and posting across social media platforms: Instagram, Instagram stories, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
- Copy writing: Assisting in copy writing for captions across social platforms.
- Content creation: Assisting with editing of social content. Must have experience/knowledge of CapCut, Photoshop or Canva.
- Impact Insights: Dive into data! Analyse the performance of our content, turning numbers into actionable insights that help us refine our strategies and boost engagement.
- Curate & Moderate: Keep the vibe positive and on-brand. You'll moderate community discussions, curate standout user-generated content, and maintain a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all.
- Creative Collaboration: Unleash your creativity by assisting in the development of original, eye-catching content that aligns with our brand's voice and mission. Your ideas matter!
- Event Support: Get hands-on with event production! Help organise online and in-person events, from planning and pre-event tasks to post-event content curation and wrap-up activities.
About you!
- Bring youth, energy, passion and new points of view into the game.
- You are passionate about consumer-centricity and social media.
- For you there are no barriers between social and digital communication.
- Your education is focused on communication, journalism or marketing.
- Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Social media savvy.

- Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.
- Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
- Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
- Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.
Eligibility criteria
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:
- You are an EU citizen.
- You are on a Family/Partner visa.
- You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
