Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our EMEA People & Culture team on a fixed term basis (9-12 months).

In this role you'll serve as the essential link for our Benelux Sales and Support teams. Partnering deeply with People & Culture colleagues, leaders, and stakeholders, you'll champion and deliver a strategic people agenda. This includes spearheading initiatives that enhance performance management frameworks and accelerate the development journeys of our entire sales talent, aligning directly with the growth needs of our teams.

What you’ll be doing:

As a People Business Partner for our growing Sales and Support teams across the region, you'll be more than just their point of contact, you'll be a strategic coach and proactive leader dedicated to elevating our sales leadership capability and driving engagement. You will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching by partnering directly with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver on the evolving needs and priorities of our high-growth teams. Your primary focus will be to coach leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness, ensuring they are equipped to inspire, develop, and lead their teams to success.
  • Be a proactive, data-driven advisor by initiating insightful, insight-driven conversations with senior leaders, leveraging people data to guide decisions on talent, performance, and engagement for their respective client groups. You'll proactively identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead Talent & Development initiatives by driving thought-leadership and partner closely with internal stakeholders on critical employee initiatives. This includes spearheading efforts in career development, talent development, employee engagement, and compensation, ensuring our sales teams have clear paths to growth and are consistently motivated.
  • Drive organisational design by collaborating with functional leaders to lead vital design activities such as succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning, ensuring our organisation is built for sustainable future success.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact within People & Culture for all employee relations issues, providing timely and effective guidance.
  • Take the lead on special projects that are critical to the People & Culture team.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Partners on current and future resourcing needs of the team to ensure full coverage.
  • You will be the vital link, not just for Benelux, but across the entire region, consistently supporting the Head of People & Culture in all sales-related initiatives. This role is about actively shaping our sales leadership and fostering a highly engaged, high-performing sales force.

What you need to bring:

We’re a European wide team and we're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience in The Netherlands and Belgium, including significant time in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology (SaaS) company.
  • Proven expertise in strategically partnering with and supporting Sales organisations, understanding their unique dynamics and talent needs.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and contributing to large-scale, global, and complex HR projects that drive organisational change.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with a track record of building instant credibility and trust with leaders. You're adept at navigating difficult conversations, providing direct feedback, and proactively challenging the status quo.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with UK employment legislation and best practices, particularly in complex employee relations matters.
  • An innovative, 'out-of-the-box' mindset, with a passion for leveraging metrics and insights to inform decisions and drive strategic conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
