We are looking for a Strategic Sales Advisor: the sparring partner and right hand of our Sales Manager at Neways NCWS in Echt, and a connecting force within our commercial teams. This role is intended for a talented professional who is eager to develop quickly, take ownership, and make a real impact.

You will work closely with the teams reporting to the Sales Manager, including:

  • Account Managers
  • Customer Focus Team Leads
  • Sales Support Team

While you do not have a formal line management role, you do play a clear coordinating and connecting role across the organization.

In addition, you are curious, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

In addition, we are looking for the following:

  • You hold a completed Master’s degree (WO level), for example in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Data/Analytics.
  • You have 2–5 years of relevant work experience, for example in consulting, business analysis, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a data-driven way.
  • You have an affinity with commercial processes, pricing, and forecasting.
  • You are able to influence and engage stakeholders without formal line management responsibility.
  • You communicate clearly and work in a structured manner.

Your daily responsibilities include

In this role, you ensure that the commercial organization operates smoothly, data-driven, and future-focused. You bring structure to complexity and help translate strategic ideas into actionable plans. With your analytical mindset, creativity, and structured approach—combined with strong communication skills—you engage colleagues in commercial initiatives and actively contribute to meaningful change within the commercial organization.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Preparing business reviews, pricing proposals, and strategic analyses.
  • Analyzing commercial data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Optimizing commercial processes such as lead-to-order, order flow, and the quotation process.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance commercial performance and improve the way we work.
  • Participating in meetings and ensuring structure, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Developing strong analyses, presentations, and decision-support documents for the Sales Manager.
  • Working closely with Finance to gather financial input and enable data-driven decision-making.

This role does not involve managing customer accounts. Your focus is fully on improvement, structuring, and analysis.
