Material Call Off Planner

About the job

Our team's mission is to ensure seamless inbound material flow to support our production lines, with key deliverables including:

• Timely and cost-effective call-off of materials from suppliers to factory/3PL warehouse
• Strive for zero waste and ensure zero impact on production lines by eliminating material shortages that could impact performance
• Inventory control and risk mitigation for 0–13 week horizon
• Collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders like C&P, quality, OP, Specs management, Finance
• KPI reporting to SC community (DOH, OTIF, Write-Offs, Logistics Costs)
• Drive impact in important projects of the global network
• Bring mid- and long-term planning to life through sharp, agile execution in the short-term horizon.

Being part of the Planning team in Haps, your key responsibilities are:

• Create and manage purchase orders and daily call-offs using SAP and Power BI
• Perform material availability checks and align with production planning
• Share rolling forecasts with suppliers and analyze demand changes
• Pro-actively collect, share and analyze data anticipating to material availability risks on operational horizon 1-13 weeks
• Act as first point of contact for non-SAP systems (Dantrade, Tradeshift, Horizon, OneBuy)
• Managing overall inventory of your portfolio
• Maintaining & updating the processes, procedures and working instructions related to the job scope.

About you

You’ll fit this role if you are/have:

• HBO/WO degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
• Gained first practical experience through an internship, ideally in FMCG, food or a similar industry
• Enjoy working with data and feel confident using digital tools such as Excel
• Bring an agile, hands‑on and proactive mindset, and enjoy working with different stakeholders
• Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written); Dutch fluency is a strong plus
• Available to work from our Haps office
