As a Medior Project Manager Diversity & Inclusion within the AI Driven HR team, you play a key role in projects related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive and DEI. You guide organisations in interpreting and implementing this directive and ensure that complex legislation is translated into clear, actionable solutions. You combine subject‑matter expertise, project management skills and commercial awareness.
You work closely with consultants, data analysts and other specialists, and act as a fully-fledged discussion partner for clients.

You will work for one or more well‑known organisations and support them with challenges at the intersection of diversity & inclusion, pay transparency and regulation. Together with your colleagues at Highberg, you help clients understand the impact of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and embed it sustainably in both policy and practice. At the same time, you contribute to projects that connect DEI, HR and organisational development.

You will join the AI Driven HR team, part of the Organizational & Sustainability Transformation Hub. It’s a fantastic team of smart and driven professionals who are always ready to support you. We work hard together, but we also have a lot of fun — from social events to outings, Friday drinks and sports activities.
