Based on your experience and qualifications, you can either join the firm as a generalist, working on complex issues in different industries, or start as an industry expert, applying your knowledge to a range of leading clients.

Who We Are Looking For

We require at least the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years in relevant industry or functional roles, or in (strategy) consulting.

• Proof of a strong career progressions and (academic) achievements.

• Fluency in English. Additionally, depending on your industry experience, some proficiency in Dutch is required.

• International candidates must provide a clear rationale for wanting to work and live in the Netherlands.

Furthermore, it is essential that you possess the following skills and attributes:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capability to think both quantitatively and qualitatively.

• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving change and achieving results through collaborative efforts.

• Excellent business judgment and maturity, including the ability to see the bigger picture.

• High levels of proactivity, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation.

• Compelling communication and presentation skills, with a strong personal presence.
