You & your role

With over 250 professionals, Tribe Investments is positioned at the heart of Rabobank’s investment and private banking tech execution. We bring together technology, data, and customer insight to deliver smooth, consistent, and human-center journeys to enable a secure financial future for our clients.

More than 30 - 50 colleagues across the Netherlands and India work together to deliver stable, secure, and future‑ready technology driven by our ambition to become and remain the leading Investment bank in the country.

As Tech Lead, you guide multiple teams and shape the technology foundation for the coming years ahead. With 2026 as a pivotal transformation year, you translate our target operating model into a clear and actionable delivery roadmap. You modernize platforms, phase out legacy systems and build a future‑ready technology landscape. At the same time, you define the standards, tooling, engineering culture and ways of working that enable your teams to thrive.

• Strengthen engineering excellence by coaching teams, improving craftsmanship, and embedding standards for reliability, security, and lifecycle management.
• Safeguard operational stability by overseeing incidents, vulnerabilities, change processes and business continuity within a complex technology landscape.

You define standards, tooling, and ways of working, while steering technology decisions that enable stable operations and long‑term scalability.

You & your talent

• Academic working and thinking level (HBO or WO).
• 10+ years of experience in tech leadership or IT delivery within large, complex organizations.
• Broad technical and architectural expertise (Data, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, IT in Control).
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with onshore/nearshore/offshore sourcing models and vendor management.
• Agile leadership experience across multiple DevOps teams.
• Strategic leadership.
• Coaching leadership style.
