At Rituals, our stores are more than points of sale—they are places of meaning, where every detail supports a thoughtful customer journey. As Sr. Technical Designer in our Format & Design Team, you are the technical anchor who helps bring our retail concepts to life with precision, quality, and care. You translate creative and architectural ideas into buildable, scalable technical solutions that work across formats—from Travel Retail and wholesale (WHS) to our flagship stores.
Working closely with Concept Designers, (interior) Architects, Design Development Project Managers, and Construction Managers, you help make sure every detail can be produced and executed in the real world. With a strong focus on the APAC region, you collaborate with local suppliers and partners, balancing brand standards with regional requirements. You take ownership of technical development from early design stages through prototyping and rollout readiness. In everything you do, you protect the Rituals experience—beautiful, feasible, and consistent, store after store.
In this role, you will:
You bring deep technical design expertise and the calm confidence to guide complex projects from idea to reality. You enjoy working in a creative environment, but you’re at your best when you can add structure, precision, and practical solutions. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and know how to align expectations without losing the essence of the concept. You’re detail-driven, curious about materials and methods, and comfortable balancing quality, timelines, and feasibility. Experience working with (or in) APAC is a strong plus, especially when it comes to collaborating with suppliers and understanding local execution needs.
