Campus Recruitment & Events Internship

During the Campus Recruitment Internship, you will be actively involved in organizing events aimed at attracting Young Professionals, including graduates, trainees, and interns. You will also follow the trainee recruitment process from start to finish. Are you a natural networker? Are you ready to represent FrieslandCampina as one of our key faces on campus? What we ask

• You are fluent in English (required); proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage
• You are available 3 to 5 days per week for a period of 5 or 6 months, starting in August/September 2026.
• You are a third- or final-year Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s (WO) student, preferably studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or HR.
• You are interested in recruitment, marketing, HR, sales, or employer branding.
• You are familiar with study and student associations, as you will frequently be in contact with them.
• You enjoy meeting new people and networking comes naturally to you.
• You can work independently and have a proactive mindset.

Vacancy description

You will be responsible for recruiting and selecting interns. You will build and maintain a Talent Pool of high-potential students who may be interested in an internship or traineeship. You will handle internal communication related to intern recruitment and act as the first point of contact for potential interns while supporting managers in finding the right match. You will help organize our Inhouse Days and Recruitment Events in collaboration with universities and student associations. Together with the Campus Recruiter, you will attend events in student cities across the Netherlands to attract the best talent for our traineeship. You will assist in coordinating the trainee selection process and contribute to organizing internal events for the intern community.

You will be part of team Talent Acquisition Netherlands, an energetic, diverse and fun team with colleagues who are passionate about attracting and hiring great talent. The team consists of 20+ people.
