Customer Care Workflow & IT Specialist

What you’ll do

• Guide labs and hospitals in choosing the best automated solutions.
• Implement, test, and optimize our workflow and middleware applications.
• Troubleshoot creatively and translate complex IT into clear solutions.
• Train customers and colleagues to get the most out of our systems.
• Collaborate in diverse project teams and thrive as a true team player.

Who you are

You’re curious, driven, and excited to shape the future of lab technology. You love solving problems, sharing knowledge, and getting people on board with your ideas.

• Solid knowledge of laboratory workflows and pre-/post-analytical applications; knowledge of clinical chemistry laboratories is a plus.
• Affinity with middleware (Roche preferred), LIS, and IT networking basics.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (or eager to learn Dutch quickly).
• Proactive, commercial, and confident to take the lead when needed.
