About the Role (English)

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in supporting our customers. While having experience in Customer Service is helpful, we do not expect you to know everything on day one. You will receive thorough onboarding, and we will help you integrate smoothly into our team. You will be working in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment, where adaptability and a proactive mindset are essential.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus entirely on supporting customers and handling their requests efficiently and accurately. You collaborate closely with internal teams and ensure that every customer receives high‑quality service.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming orders efficiently while maintaining positive customer interactions.
  • Registering and processing customer orders in the ERP system SAP from email, our e‑ordering platform, phone calls or other customer communication channels.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Registering and resolving complaints.
  • Developing a solid understanding of customers and products to propose suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Identifying and proposing improvements to work processes.
  • Ensuring effective collaboration with Back Office, Sales, Planning and Logistics teams.

What You Bring

You have a service‑minded and proactive attitude and are willing to go the extra mile for customers. You also bring the following:

  • Flexibility and the ability to perform well under time pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to support colleagues.
  • Confidence in working with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Affinity with digital tools and/or strong Excel skills are a plus.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
