At Deloitte, you will design the operations domain for clients through business models, processes, and the implementation of (technical) solutions to help them achieve their strategic objectives and guide them through business transformation.

What impact will you make?

As a (Senior) Manager within Operations Strategy & Industry Solutions (OIDS), with a focus on Energy, Resources & Infrastructure (ER&I), you are a trusted expert in the energy sector. You play a pivotal role in accelerating the energy transition and shaping the future energy system by leveraging technology, data, and digital innovation.

You will work on some of the most complex and impactful challenges at the core of the ER&I industry. Your engagements span across critical topics such as decarbonization, sustainability and Industry 5.0, renewable energy, decentralized generation, hydrogen, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS), EV charging infrastructure, district heating networks, congestion management, and emissions reduction.

With a dedicated focus on ER&I, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte and act as a key advisor to senior client stakeholders. You combine strategic insight with hands-on leadership of transformation programs and strong relationship management to help clients realize their ambitions. Together with your team, you deliver innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions that contribute directly to the future of energy.

• A Master’s degree in economics, business administration, technology, or energy technology.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in consulting and the energy industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the energy market and technological trends.
• Intrinsic motivation to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system.
• A strong network within the Energy, Resources, or Infrastructure sector.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Dutch and English (preferably Dutch).
