At Deloitte, you will design the operations domain for our clients through business models, processes, and the implementation of (technical) solutions to help them achieve their strategic objectives and guide them through their business transition.

What impact will you make?

As a (Senior) Consultant, you will work in a multidisciplinary Deloitte team to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of transformations. This starts with defining an operational strategy, followed by (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes. With a strategic perspective and (digital) technologies as a starting point, you contribute to defining future-proof solutions to make our clients more efficient, customer-oriented, and sustainable.

Together with your team, you will develop innovative and scalable improvements for our clients in the pension and insurance sector. As a Senior Consultant, you also have:

• A university Master’s degree, preferably in a business economics or technical field.
• 3+ years of relevant (consulting) experience and/or demonstrable experience with process improvement, project management, service delivery design, and/or technological transformation—preferably with experience in the financial sector at an insurer, pension provider, or asset manager.
• Experience with project or program management and familiarity with process optimization and change management methodologies.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Affinity with entrepreneurship and contributing to the further development of a team.
