YOUR ROLE

Join our dynamic HUB Organoids team as a key financial advisor and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll support both operational and strategic decisions by providing essential financial insights. You’ll handle financial planning and analysis, forecast revenues and costs, and assess project profitability. You’ll identify financial trends and recommend improvements. You’ll leverage your advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and reporting to enhance business insights. You’ll report directly to the CFO and work closely with department heads to manage budgets effectively. Flexibility in your schedule is available, but meeting deadlines is crucial.

WHO YOU ARE

• Educated to a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar finance role (Controller, FP&A Specialist etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, including financial modelling and analysis.
• Comfortable to prepare presentations and analyze budget vs. actuals.
• Flexible and adaptable in managing changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent in communication skills, fostering positive relationships across teams.
• Experience with Power BI is a must; SAP and Tableau are an advantage.
• Proficient in English.
