We are looking for a talented Strategic Marketing Intelligence Manager to join our Strategic Intelligence & Marketing Operations team in the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business unit.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for development of (AI driven) insights and support marketing planning activities for HPM by using both primary and secondary research data, connect the dots across multiple analytics platforms and translating this is tangible strategies and scenarios for business growth, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.

The candidate should possess strong experience with data commercialization, marketing engagement planning, extensive experience with cross-team collaborations, and operating in a matrix environment.

For this role, we are unable to offer relocation support.

Your role:

  • Leading the development and integration of marketing intelligence related AI programs that increase competitive positioning, data analytics insights, customer segmentation, strategic and competitive gaming, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Drive data analytics programs/dashboards that identify business opportunities by running customer segmentation and commercial win-loss analysis with a focus on optimizing lead scoring, win-rate, funnel conversion and other metrics that impact order intake success.
  • Support strategic commercial initiatives that drive business OIT priorities, collaborating across business unit marketing, product management, regional sales, and regional marketing teams.
  • Drive strategic problem-solving efforts to improve category strategies and marketing planning decisions based on data.
  • Creating standards and processes to ensure data quality and consistency – cross function efforts with broader COE’s.
  • Supporting in global marketing planning, working closely with the markets and other marketing stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.

You're the right fit if:

  • Master’s degree in analytics, marketing or business.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience and experience and understanding of AI integration in marketing analytics.
  • Experience and understanding of Qlikview/Qliksense and/or Power BI and coding (SQL).
  • Proven experience with new IT platforms/dashboarding software tools for reporting.
  • Hospital Patient Monitoring knowledge (preferred) or knowledge about B2B data around products, procedure, disease firmographics, and marketing tactics in B2B space is desired.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Ability to organize, clean and interpret large datasets and apply statistical analysis.
  • Growth mindset – challenges status quo and brings in independent outcome driven thinking.
  • Strong analytical and solid presentation skills to deliver various marketing insights to key the Royal Philips business group and geographic market decision makers.
  • Some traveling may be required.
