As Account Director Healthcare, you are responsible for building, expanding and nurturing strategic client relationships within the Healthcare sector. Your primary focus is to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities within those organizations and ensure long-term partnerships.
You combine strong enterprise sales capabilities with a deep understanding of the Healthcare landscape. You understand how complex healthcare organizations operate and can translate their evolving needs into scalable digital and 3D solutions.
You work closely with internal teams across Project Management, Creative and Production to ensure client engagements run smoothly and deliver outstanding results. While you do not manage teams directly, you play a key role in aligning internal stakeholders and safeguarding client satisfaction.
You maintain a strong presence with your clients, building trusted relationships at senior stakeholder and C-suite level. You are comfortable operating in international environments and take initiative to travel to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities.
