What will you do

In this role, you bring people and technology together. You know how to find our future developers, engineers, and AI specialists and get them excited about joining what we build.

From first contact to contract, you keep the overview. You collaborate with hiring managers, team leads, and our HR department to ensure the right people end up in the right place. You combine your network with new technologies and smart tools to find and convince top talent.

Your responsibilities

  • You manage the full recruitment process, from intake to offer

  • You actively source through standard channels, using smart (AI) tools and marketing campaigns

  • You build talent pools across various technical domains, such as mobile development, cloud, data, and AI

  • You safeguard the candidate experience, because how we treat candidates reflects who we are, including those we unfortunately have to turn down

  • You contribute ideas around employer branding and innovative recruitment projects

Who are you

You embody that mindset. You understand technology. You know what motivates developers and recognize the differences between frameworks and programming languages. Whether it’s frontend, backend, or fullstack, you’re familiar with the tech landscape.

On a personal level, you are entrepreneurial and curious. Recruitment is evolving quickly, so you enjoy trying new approaches. Experimenting with AI and tooling comes naturally to you. You test, learn, and continuously improve. Above all, you bring humor, energy, and boldness. Our team works hard, but we laugh just as hard. It’s a young, open, and ambitious team where everyone brings something unique, and so do you. With your curiosity and people skills, you fit right in.

What you bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, corporate, or in-house.

  • Fluent in Dutch and professional English, Dutch is a must

  • A proven track record in sourcing and candidate engagement

  • Experience with AI tools, sourcing automation, ATS systems, and modern recruitment marketing

  • Knowledge of technical profiles such as software engineering, data, cloud, and AI
