Tiqets is an award-winning tech scale-up headquartered in the Netherlands. We are hiring a Product Manager to join our mission to bring the world more ways to culture!

What you will do

As a Product Manager for Supplier Tooling and Onboarding, you will play a key role in developing new technology to accelerate and enhance our supply onboarding and supply curation processes using AI. You will focus on building intuitive tools that enable suppliers to manage their inventory efficiently and seamlessly.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you will identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities while ensuring timely delivery.

You will drive improvements to our curation and ingestion pipelines, onboard new sources of supply, and ensure they are normalised to the Tiqets data structure. In this role, you will lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists and operational teams to deliver solutions that meet supplier needs and contribute to key business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously seek and identify opportunities to enhance our supplier tooling
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to assess new sources of supply
  • Improve the Tiqets supply curation pipeline and provide advice to our supply and merchandising teams, ensuring seamless experience at scale
  • Lead a cross-functional team and define its objectives and key results. Work with your team to meet the objectives, remove obstacles from their way and keep them motivated and engaged
  • Oversee strategic projects from their definition through rollout to success measurement, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Monitor supply quality and address issues proactively with your team to resolve them systemically, boosting sales and revenue for Tiqets and its suppliers

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading development teams, with experience working on B2B products. Familiarity with the travel experiences ecosystem is a plus
  • Passion for utilizing AI in solutions. You actively stay up to date with emerging technologies and are comfortable getting hands-on to explore new opportunities
  • Solid technical understanding of APIs, web applications, and related technologies, enabling effective communication with engineering teams
  • Strong product and project management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and time management
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources, paired with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
