Currently, Rabobank complies with several financial regulations around the world related to transaction reporting, such as EMIR, DFA, MiFID II and more. As a Global Transaction Reporting (GTR) Officer you are responsible for monitoring the STP process by verifying whether transactions reported to financial regulators are submitted in a timely, complete and accurate manner.

Practical Examples

• Monitor and investigate issues, carrying out root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks and content validation findings.
• Prepare reports for management and customers about Rabobank’s GTR completeness, timeliness and accuracy performance.
• Participate in continuous improvements to optimize processes and minimize risks.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Monitor the results of daily Transaction Reporting reconciliations and content validation findings.
• Investigate complex issues across the entire value chain of the trade (front to back process).
• Deliver MIS reports to management.

You and your talent

• University degree or HBO with 1–3 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and communicative skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and writing).
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Understands the lean way of working (an advantage).
• Understands complex process chains, front to back (an advantage).
• Knowledge of regulations such as EMIR, DFA, MiFID II (an advantage).
• Knowledge of Financial Markets Products (an advantage).
