The Go‑to‑Market (G2M) team ensures that Rituals operates as one strong global brand, while respecting local needs across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We act as the central link between local market teams (LHOs) and global/central departments such as Innovation, Brand, Retail, Training and Digital.
