About the role

As a Product Designer (UX), you will help shape what HR and recruitment can become. You will work on core journeys and new ideas, and take work from early concept to shipped product together with product management and development. You will help us raise the bar for trust, accessibility, and quality.

How we design and build

Work ships in small steps, but the goal is not small. New things get built, and what exists gets improved. Product, design, and tech work closely together. We focus on the flows that matter most. Shared patterns and standards keep quality high and help teams move faster. Accessibility and usability are baseline.

We love code. And we care about buildable solutions. Close collaboration with engineers is part of a designer’s daily work.

AI is part of the toolbox. It helps us speed up exploration and keeps design, documentation, and implementation aligned.

In this role, you will

  • Design end-to-end flows, interactions, and UI. You will work from discovery to delivery.
  • Work with shared standards such as patterns, components, and content rules. You will help improve consistency across products.
  • Design accessibility-first experiences. You will treat accessibility and usability as baseline quality.
  • Work closely with engineers. You stay close to implementation and use modern AI tools to keep design and code in sync. Comfort with code and technical detail is a strong plus.
  • Help us build change. You will not just polish UI. You will improve how HR and recruitment works.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer in a cross-functional product team.
  • Has strong interaction design fundamentals and a ship-and-iterate mindset.
  • Is comfortable with discovery work. You can plan and run lightweight user research and usability tests when needed.
  • Communicates decisions clearly. You explain trade-offs and rationale.
  • Cares about accessibility and quality as baseline.
  • Improves their workflow over time. They learn new tools and use AI responsibly to raise quality and speed.
  • Is fluent in Danish and comfortable working in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with design systems. You have used and improved shared patterns and components.
  • Experience designing complex admin or enterprise workflows.
  • Experience in public sector or other high-compliance environments.
  • Comfort using analytics and experimenting to learn what works.
