Creative Technologist (AI-Driven Innovation)

We are seeking a Creative Technologist (AI-Driven Innovation) with a solid AI and engineering background who aims to leverage technology as a creative, conceptual, and strategic tool.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop AI-driven concepts, experiments, and prototypes
• Explore how AI (such as LLMs, generative models, agents, and data-driven systems) can enable new forms of interaction and value creation
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and innovators to translate ideas into tangible experiments
• Develop proofs-of-concept that are technically robust, culturally relevant, and business-aware
• Engage clients in understanding not only how AI works, but what it enables at a deeper level

How you think and work

You prefer creating new directions over refining what already exists. Exploring possibilities and opening new paths is more compelling than optimizing established ones. Problems are approached from a systems perspective, considering long-term impact and second-order effects.

What you bring

• A strong technical foundation, with experience in areas such as AI, machine learning, or generative AI
• Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar
• Affinity with prototyping, interactive systems, or experimental applications
• An interest in design, creativity, and conceptual thinking
• The ability to translate complex technical possibilities into clear stories and directions
