As a participant in the International Retail Media Traineeship, you will join a passionate team that plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and reaching millions of consumers. This track is tailored to equip you with the skills and experience necessary to excel as a team member, where you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals to create and implement strategic media plans. By leveraging both online and offline channels, you’ll help our suppliers maximize their marketing reach and achieve ambitious goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Hold an HBO/WO bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field, or will have obtained this by the start of the traineeship
  • Up to two years (maximum) of working experience
  • Affinity with commercial environments and sales, demonstrated through internships, extracurricular activities, or part-time jobs
  • Experience in marketing, media, or advertising is a strong plus: for example an internship at a media agency or within a media/marketing department
  • Excellent proficiency in English (level C1 or up)
  • Reside in and are eligible to work in the Netherlands. Since your first rotation will be at a Dutch brand, a good understanding of Dutch is also required (minimum B2 level)
