As an Innovation and Business Developer, you play a key role in developing new propositions that move the healthcare sector forward. Think AI-driven applications, new collaboration models in healthcare, or digital solutions that address societal challenges such as workforce shortages and increasing care demand.

In this role, you combine strategic insight with a strong ability to turn ideas into validated, scalable solutions. You work closely with healthcare organizations, product development, and colleagues from commercial teams to successfully bring innovations to market.

Your responsibilities

As an Innovation and Business Developer, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and validating new propositions within the healthcare market. You work in line with our strategic direction and translate market developments into impactful, concrete solutions.

You will focus on:

Proposition development

Designing and developing new value propositions based on customer needs and strategic ambitions.

Business case development

Building solid business models and impact analyses to support new initiatives.

Market and trend analysis

Identifying relevant developments in healthcare (such as AI, network care, or changing legislation) and translating them into promising innovation directions.

Stakeholder management

Connecting internal and external stakeholders around new initiatives and creating alignment and support.

Your team

As an Innovation and Business Developer, you are part of the commercial team of Nedap Healthcare and work intensively with various disciplines within the business unit, with a strong focus on collaboration with technology. You continuously interact with developers, product management, marketing, customer success, and sales.

The salary range for this role is between € 4.400 and € 6.300 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. Required skills

We are looking for a curious and analytical professional with a passion for innovation and societal impact. Someone who gains energy from developing new propositions and validating ideas in practice.

In addition, you bring:

  • Education: A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO), for example in innovation management, product management/design, or business administration.
  • Experience: Experience in proposition development, innovation consulting, or product management, preferably in a (healthcare) technology or SaaS environment.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of and experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and value proposition development.
  • Business cases: Experience in developing and validating business cases and conducting market research.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a clear results-driven mindset.
  • Entrepreneurship: Demonstrates entrepreneurship by taking ownership, identifying opportunities, and translating them into concrete actions and results.
  • Stakeholders: The ability to engage diverse stakeholders in a shared vision and translate this into tangible next steps.
  • Language: Strong command of Dutch and English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Good to know: You are available for 32–38 hours per week. You work in a hybrid setup, with regular presence in Groenlo in alignment with your team.
