As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the Customer Related & Support Tooling team. This team falls under Business Automation & Tooling (BAT) and is responsible for all customer-related, support tooling and technical HubSpot projects. We build and maintain the Business Customer products within Healthcare, including Our Services, the registration wizard and offboarding. We support the business teams by improving and automating processes, and we develop cross-tribe solutions, such as the Client Removal Orchestrator, which can be used by all Healthcare products.

In your role as Full Stack Developer, you will focus on the technical development of these projects. You will help build the new Client Removal Orchestrator and work on HubSpot integrations such as Crowdtech and Oneflow, develop landing pages and email templates, and work on new functionalities, such as a Chamber of Commerce integration for our data.

The role of Full Stack Developer within this team is very diverse. One moment you will be working with a UX designer on a new landing page and the next you will be automating a process for colleagues from one of our Business Units. In addition to the projects within the Customer Related & Support Tooling team, you may also be assigned to broader Business Automation & Tooling projects.

What are you going to do?

Your responsibilities

Automation

Developing solutions that make business processes more efficient and reduce human intervention.

Improvement

Identifying legacy solutions and converting them into standard, scalable solutions.

Design

Contributing ideas about technical architecture and system integrations.

Full-stack work

You switch effortlessly between backend and frontend to realise functional solutions quickly and to a high standard.

Accuracy

You work in a structured manner, thoroughly test your own work and also carry out pull requests (PRs) for colleagues.

Collaboration

You work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Innovation

You explore and implement new technologies that contribute to optimising processes within Business Automation & Tooling.

Your team

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work within Nedap's BAT (Business Automation & Tooling) team in Healthcare. Our goal: to support colleagues with smart tools and automation so that they have more time to make an impact. We are currently working primarily on solutions within Healthcare, but we also contribute ideas to other business units within Nedap.

The team is energetic, ambitious and critical – we challenge each other to make the best choices for now and for the future. We are looking for someone who dares to take responsibility, embraces new technologies and wants to learn and innovate with us.

What's in it for you?

As a Full Stack Developer at Nedap, you will make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. In addition to your salary, you are entitled to a thirteenth month's salary, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the option of becoming a Nedap shareholder. For us, it's all about trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also attach great importance to personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction and we encourage you to continue developing yourself.

Required skills

As a Full Stack Developer, you will make a direct contribution to the success of business automation within Nedap. You are a team player with strong communication skills and know how to convey your ideas clearly. You have sharp analytical skills, are results-oriented and get energy from achieving common goals. You have a natural drive to support colleagues and make processes smarter and more efficient. You derive satisfaction from helping others and creating overview and clarity. With your technical knowledge and proactive attitude, you contribute to a smoothly running organisation.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

  • Experience: You have the necessary work experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Technically skilled: experience with Git and willingness to work with Elixir, Vue and HubSpot, among others.
  • Process-oriented: You are interested in business processes such as support, upselling, data lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Quality: you have an affinity with maintainable, expandable and scalable code.
  • Language skills: You speak excellent English and proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
