As Project Lead Back Office, you are responsible for the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects within the Back Office tribe of Nedap Healthcare. These projects span multiple teams and sometimes even different tribes, and they directly contribute to making the daily work of care organizations simpler and better.

You take full ownership of your projects and connect teams, disciplines, and stakeholders. You move comfortably between content, process, and people, creating the conditions that enable teams to collaborate effectively and ensuring projects are delivered in a predictable manner. You maintain oversight, provide structure, facilitate decision-making, and safeguard alignment between parallel initiatives.

At Nedap Healthcare, multiple teams and disciplines work together toward one shared goal: improving healthcare by connecting people, knowledge, and technology. Within this ecosystem, the Back Office forms the financial and administrative backbone of care organizations. Our largest application, Ons Administratie, is widely used and serves as a core data source for many other applications within and beyond Nedap Healthcare. The complexity and impact of this domain are significant. Our ambition is to continuously simplify administrative tasks, giving care organizations more room to focus on what truly matters: delivering great care.

Your team

You will be part of the Back Office tribe within Nedap Healthcare. The tribe consists of four teams:

  • three domain teams, each with its own substantive focus;
  • one platform team that focuses on the technical foundation of our products.

You work closely with developers, product owners, UX designers, and the tribe lead, and you align with other disciplines both within and outside the tribe.

In addition, you are part of the Project Leads Core Team within Nedap Healthcare. In this team, you collaborate with other project leads on the further development and professionalization of project leadership within Nedap.

What's in it for you?

Our offer

As Project Lead Back Office at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. The salary range for this role is between €4,000 and €5,500 gross per month, based on full-time employment, and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. In addition to your salary, you are entitled to a 13th-month payment, a solid pension scheme, and profit sharing, with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder.

At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why you coordinate your own working hours and vacation days in consultation with your colleagues, ensuring a healthy work–life balance. We also place great value on personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive onboarding, and we actively encourage you to keep developing yourself.

Required skills

As Project Lead Back Office, you work in a structured manner, maintain oversight in a complex environment, and feel comfortable in a role that involves extensive alignment and responsibility. You know how to connect people, keep objectives sharp, and communicate clearly.

This is what you bring:

  • Project management experience: Experience in project management or a comparable role within an agile environment.
  • Stakeholder management: Experience working with multiple stakeholders and diverse interests.
  • Structure and prioritization: The ability to independently create structure, set priorities, and maintain overview.
  • Goal orientation: A strong focus on project objectives and progress, with an eye for overall coherence.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
