For our Brand & Creative team, we are looking for a full time AI-generated content (AIGC) & Studio Intern for our HQ in Amsterdam. Are you a creative with a passion for photography, video and generative AI content production? If so, we want you to join our in-house creative team at Swapfiets!

AI Content Creator & Studio Intern

What you will do

You’ll help scale Swapfiets’ brand by blending traditional filmmaking with generative AI. Working in our new studio, you will support the R&D, production, and post-production of global video campaigns. We’re looking for a creative team player ready to push the boundaries of AIGC in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

You will become a part of our in-house Creative Team and report directly to the Senior Content Strategist & Producer. Next to that you’ll:

• Collaborate with the Content Strategist & Producer to research & develop the Generative AI scope for our in-house content production team

• Manage the operations of our in-house studio and maintain an equipment inventory

• Ideate, produce and edit videos for Swapfiets global and local campaigns, ensuring high-quality and engaging content in accordance with our brand guidelines

• Build content automation workflows to facilitate our production pipeline

• Work with our talented team of designers, copywriters, marketers, and content creators to brainstorm and execute fresh, exciting ideas

Your profile

You are a recent film graduate or a skilled self-learner with a passion for blending traditional production with AI.

You have experience with video editing (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci) and Generative AI tools (such as Higgsfield, Weavy, Eleven Labs and/or Nano Banana pro).

You are comfortable in a studio setting, handy with camera and lighting gear, and obsessed with the latest AI tools. Please include a portfolio with your application.

• Living in the Amsterdam area or willing to commute (please note that Swapfiets does not offer travel compensation for interns)

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software

• Experience using AI generated content tools and Workflow automation tools

• Proficient in studio setups and in capturing content with cameras, with base knowledge of composition, color grading, audio and lighting techniques

• 3D, VFX and motion skills would be a plus

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills

• You are ideally available 40 hours per week, for 8-12 months

• You can ideally start in April
