We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our IT team, based in one of the following locations in Europe: Warsaw (Poland), Barcelona (Spain), Sofia (Bulgaria), Prague (Czech Republic), or Hoofddorp (the Netherlands).
We are looking to hire an IT Project Manager who will bring proven project management experience (5-8 years), independently managing end-to-end project delivery within the broader IT and business transformation portfolio. For the first year, this role is focused on providing PMO and project coordination support for our ongoing EMEA-wide ERP program and will play a critical role in enabling structured delivery, governance, and execution support during a key phase of the transformation. As of the second year, the role will transition into an independent Project Manager role where the individual will be end-to-end responsible for delivering standalone projects within our project portfolio. This transition in roles is designed to allow the candidate to build deep program context and delivery maturity before taking on end-to-end project ownership in future assignments.
For the initial assignment, this role reports to the ERP program director, supporting the smooth execution of the program by owning the project support activities, as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities (Initial Focus – ERP Program PMO)
Provide day-to-day PMO and coordination support to the ERP program across EMEA
Support program planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, and milestone management
Maintain program documentation, including plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports
Support financial tracking, budget monitoring, and forecast updates in line with program governance
Coordinate inputs across workstreams, vendors, and regional stakeholders
Prepare materials for steering committees, program reviews, and executive updates
Support program governance processes, standards, and reporting cadence
Track delivery progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Key Responsibilities (Future Focus – Project Manager)
Over time, and subject to performance, the role will evolve beyond program support. The successful candidate will:
Take on independent project management responsibility for selected projects within the IT and business change portfolio
Lead projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery
Apply program and PMO experience to improve project delivery standards across the portfolio
This role therefore suits someone who values strong delivery foundations and governance, and who is motivated to apply those skills later in a full project ownership context.
You are a Project Management professional who sees PMO as a core delivery capability, not an administrative function, and who brings structure, clarity, and discipline to complex programs.
Strong knowledge of project management/delivery methodologies - ideally PRINCE2 /PMP certified and proven experience with applying these methodologies. Demonstrates a structured and analytical working style, with the ability to establish clear plans, enforce governance, surface risks early, and bring order to complex project landscapes. You have experience operating within cross-functional project portfolios, delivering initiatives across business applications, commercial processes, technology and infrastructure, and core operations. Nice to have, if you are experienced in Data, Data Analytics, or AI-related programs.
You are pragmatic, analytical, and detail-oriented, while maintaining the ability to understand the broader delivery context.
You are comfortable enforcing process compliance, challenging ambiguity, and driving clarity to support effective project execution.
You actively enable project teams by introducing consistency, transparency, and delivery rigor.
You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams within matrix-driven, international environments.
You possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, are proficient with common project management tools, and are fluent in English (written and spoken).
