Drive the renewal of CRS, FATCA and QI processes impacting international compliance for millions of customer records, working 36 hours per week in a complex IT landscape.

You & your role

Renew CRS, FATCA and QI processes as a Business Analyst by translating complex regulatory and business needs into clear functional solutions. You work closely with stakeholders and IT teams while migrating legacy systems such as Siebel and OIA to a future-proof platform using Pega Constellation, keeping overview and quality throughout delivery.

• Leading requirement sessions with multiple stakeholders to define end-to-end CRS and FATCA processes.
• Translating regulatory requirements into user stories for Agile teams working in Azure DevOps.
• Supporting go-live of renewed compliance processes while safeguarding quality and security risks.

• Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into functional designs and user stories that guide Agile development teams.
• Coordinate and monitor priorities, timelines and dependencies across multiple teams during large-scale migration projects.
• Contribute to security risk management and support a controlled go-live of renewed CRS, FATCA and QI processes.

You contribute to an international compliance programme that replaces outdated systems with scalable, modern solutions, ensuring continuity, quality and regulatory compliance across the bank.

You & your talent

• Bachelor level education.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Experience with migration or renewal projects involving regulatory processes.
• Experience with Pega, preferably Pega Constellation, combined with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of rule-based development (preferably OIA).
• Experience with financial and tax regulations (CRS/FATCA/QI).
• Knowledge of Databricks and/or Airflow.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Able to understand and speak Dutch.
