Internship – Knowledge Management & Collaboration at Rabobank Investments

Are you ready to make a real impact by helping Rabobank Investments capture and share critical knowledge for the future? Discover where you excel with this internship!

Want to become the best version of yourself? At Rabobank you work on your personal development and contribute to the world around you. You get to focus on your own growth in an environment in which you continue to learn. In addition, you can also expect:

  • An internship allowance of EUR 600 gross per month based on a 36-hour week.
  • Personal guidance.
  • A professional working and learning environment.
  • An internship community and inspiring events.

You & your future

During this internship, you will contribute to the success of Rabobank Investments by exploring how knowledge management and collaboration can be improved among senior employees, business analysts, and process managers. You will help bridge the gap between undocumented expertise and practical solutions, ensuring continuity and better teamwork. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and have the opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic financial environment.

The assignment is both challenging and meaningful:
Within the Investments department at Rabobank, there are several senior employees who possess critical knowledge that is primarily stored in their minds. This knowledge is essential for the success of daily operations. The challenge is that much of this expertise is not formally documented, making it difficult to share and retain. Your research will help us capture, structure, and share this knowledge effectively, especially regarding old and new software systems.
